At our dental practice, we proudly accept many private PPO dental insurance plans to help make quality dental care more affordable for our patients.
Before arriving for your appointment, it is very important that patients understand their dental insurance coverage and have all insurance information available. We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly before your visit to verify your benefits, annual maximums, deductibles, waiting periods, and coverage percentages for the treatment you may need. Insurance companies can also explain whether our office is considered an in-network or out-of-network provider under your specific plan.
Some insurance plans require patients to visit in-network providers in order to receive the highest level of benefits. If our office is considered out-of-network with your plan, patients may be responsible for paying our office fees at the time services are provided, and then receiving reimbursement directly from their insurance company according to their policy terms.
Dental insurance should be viewed as a benefit that helps reduce the overall cost of treatment — similar to a discount provided through your insurance coverage. However, it is important for patients to understand that dental insurance is an agreement between the patient, employer, and insurance company. Ultimately, the patient remains financially responsible for all treatment received at our office, regardless of the amount paid or denied by the insurance company.
As a courtesy to our patients, our team is happy to assist with submitting insurance claims and helping estimate coverage whenever possible. Please keep in mind that insurance estimates are not guarantees of payment, and final coverage decisions are determined solely by your insurance provider.
If you have questions regarding your PPO dental insurance plan or would like assistance understanding your benefits before treatment, please contact our office. Our team is always happy to help guide you through the process and make your dental experience as smooth as possible.

At our dental practice, we understand that the cost of dental treatment is an important factor for many patients. Our goal is to help every patient receive the care they need while providing flexible financial options that make treatment more manageable and accessible.
To help patients move forward with recommended dental care, we proudly offer financing options through CHERRY FINANCIAL and CARE CREDIT CARE
These payment plans allow qualified patients to divide the cost of treatment into convenient monthly payments instead of paying the full amount upfront. Our team can assist you with the application process and help you explore the financing option that best fits your budget and needs.
We also offer an in-house dental membership plan for patients without insurance or for those looking to maximize savings throughout the year. For an affordable annual fee, members can receive preventive services and examinations during the year as well as discounts on many additional treatments needed. Our in-house plan is designed to help patients maintain their oral health while reducing out-of-pocket expenses for ongoing dental care.
At our office, we are committed to providing the highest quality dental treatment using advanced technology, premium materials, and modern techniques. The services performed at our practice are carefully planned with the patient’s long-term oral health in mind. We encourage patients to view dental treatment as an investment in their health, comfort, appearance, and overall quality of life.
There is often an important cost-benefit evaluation that patients must consider when making decisions about dental treatment. While the financial aspect of care may sometimes seem overwhelming, delaying or avoiding treatment can often lead to more serious dental problems, discomfort, tooth loss, and higher costs in the future. Our doctors make recommendations based on what is in the best interest of the patient and with the goal of saving and preserving natural teeth whenever possible.
As with any professional healthcare service, payment for services rendered is due when treatment is completed. Our office provides skilled professional care, clinical expertise, advanced materials, and personalized treatment plans designed specifically for each patient’s needs. We are committed to transparency regarding treatment costs and will always review fees and financial arrangements prior to beginning treatment whenever possible.
If you have questions about financing, payment plans, or our in-house membership program, please contact our office. Our team is here to help you find a solution that allows you to receive the quality dental care you deserve.

It is common for patients to wonder how new cavities can appear when no dental caries were diagnosed only six months earlier. The truth is that cavities can develop at different speeds depending on several important factors, and changes in oral health can happen more quickly than many people realize.
One of the biggest factors in cavity development is oral hygiene. Brushing and flossing consistently help remove plaque and bacteria that produce acids capable of weakening tooth enamel. If plaque is left on the teeth for extended periods of time, the enamel can begin to break down and create the early stages of decay. Even small changes in daily habits, such as less frequent brushing, skipping flossing, changes in diet, or new medications can increase the risk of developing cavities between dental visits.
Diet plays a major role in the formation of dental caries. Frequent consumption of sugary snacks, sodas, energy drinks, sports drinks, and acidic foods can accelerate enamel breakdown. Patients who snack often throughout the day may expose their teeth to constant acid attacks, giving the enamel less time to recover naturally through saliva.
Dry mouth is another important factor that can increase cavity risk. Saliva helps protect teeth by neutralizing acids and washing away bacteria. Certain medications, stress, dehydration, and medical conditions can reduce saliva flow and make cavities develop more rapidly.
The time frame for cavity development varies greatly from patient to patient. Some cavities may take years to form, while others can progress within a matter of months depending on oral hygiene, diet, genetics, enamel strength, and overall oral health.
Early cavities are often very small and may not cause pain or visible symptoms, which is why regular dental examinations and X-rays are essential for detecting problems before they become larger.
At our practice, every diagnosis is made with the patient’s best interest in mind. Our goal is always to identify dental problems as early as possible so treatment can remain conservative, comfortable, and cost-effective. Catching cavities when they are small often allows for smaller fillings and helps preserve more of the natural tooth structure. Waiting until decay becomes larger can lead to more extensive treatment such as crowns, root canals, or even tooth loss.
Routine dental visits every six months allow us to monitor changes in your oral health, evaluate areas that may be at higher risk, and provide guidance to help prevent future cavities. Prevention and early treatment remain the best ways to maintain a healthy smile for years to come.
Dental X-rays are an essential part of routine dental care, even when patients visit every six months. While a visual examination allows the dentist to evaluate the surfaces of the teeth and gums, many dental problems develop in areas that cannot be seen with the naked eye. X-rays help us detect issues early before they become larger, more painful, and more expensive to treat.
Routine dental X-rays allow us to identify cavities between the teeth, infections, bone loss, failing fillings, impacted teeth, cysts, and other conditions that may not yet show symptoms. In many cases, patients may feel completely fine while hidden dental problems are beginning to develop underneath the surface. Early diagnosis allows for smaller and more conservative treatment, helping preserve your natural teeth and overall oral health.
Even within a six-month period, changes in the mouth can occur quickly depending on oral hygiene, diet, grinding habits, previous dental work, and overall health. Some cavities can begin developing between visits, especially in areas that are difficult to clean. Regular X-rays allow us to monitor these changes closely and prevent small problems from becoming major procedures such as crowns, root canals, or extractions.
Many patients are concerned about radiation exposure, but modern digital dental X-rays use extremely low levels of radiation. In fact, the amount of radiation from routine dental X-rays is minimal compared to many everyday sources of environmental radiation we are naturally exposed to. Advances in dental technology have made X-rays safer and faster than ever before, while still providing highly detailed images that are critical for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
At our office, patient safety is always a top priority. We only recommend X-rays that are necessary to properly evaluate your oral health and provide the highest standard of care. Dental X-rays are an important diagnostic tool that help us protect your teeth, gums, and long-term dental health with confidence and precision.
We also encourage patients to verify their dental insurance benefits regarding X-ray coverage. Many insurance plans include routine X-rays as part of preventive care benefits, although coverage frequency and limitations may vary depending on the plan. Our team is always happy to help review your benefits and answer any questions you may have regarding your coverage and recommended treatment.
Routine dental visits combined with regular X-rays help us provide proactive care, early detection, and the best possible outcomes for maintaining a healthy smile for years to come.

Are you suffering from tooth sensitivity, jaw pain, or dental infection? Do you have mising teeth? Dental issues can occur even when you are doing your best to take care of your teeth.
You can ask us during your visit why you are experiencing these issues. For example, a misaligned bite can lead to chipped or cracked teeth over time. Your dentist may recommend resorting or replacing the damaged teeth and may even discuss orthodontics. However, if you do not understand the root cause of your problems, then the recommendations your dentist suggests are lesss likely to make sense.
Asking questions during your examination can help you understand your dental needs and make informed decisions about your health.
CAN I PREVENT FUTURE DENTAL ISSUES?
Dental problems tend to progress silently and unnoticed to the naked eye. By the time you begin to experience discomfort, the issue may have progressed dramatically. Modern dentistry is based on prevention and being proactive.
Ask us about how you can prevent future problems and implement our suggestions. You may need more frequent dental hygiene appointments or instructions on additional home care.
